Get ready for some serious comfort-food dessert magic!

In this live interactive cooking class, you'll bake right alongside Chef Dez as we make a warm Caramel Apple Pecan Pudding Cake loaded with chunks of Granny Smith apples and pecans, then topped with a gooey caramel-like finish that practically creates itself in the oven.

But we're not stopping there.

We're also making homemade Vanilla Ice Cream in a Mason jar... with no ice-cream machine required!

We'll start by making our Mason Jar Vanilla Ice Cream using just four simple ingredients. Then comes the fun part: we're going to make it ourselves with NO Ice Cream Machine required - Kids will love doing this just as much as the adults will!

Once our ice cream is headed for the freezer, we'll turn our attention to the star of the show.

Chef Dez will guide you through preparing fresh Granny Smith apples, chopping pecans, building the thick pudding-cake batter, and creating the unusual topping that makes this dessert so special. 

As the dessert bakes, something wonderful happens: the cake becomes golden and tender while a rich, gooey caramel-style sauce develops underneath and around those beautiful chunks of apple and pecans.

Throughout the class, Chef Dez will explain the techniques behind each step, answer your questions live, and help you understand not only what we're doing, but why we're doing it.

This isn't just a demonstration. You're making both desserts right alongside Chef Dez!

By the end of class, you'll have a warm Caramel Apple Pecan Pudding Cake ready to serve and homemade Vanilla Ice Cream chilling in your freezer for the ultimate finishing touch.
