In this live interactive cooking class, you'll cook right alongside Chef Dez as he shows you how to transform hearty kale into a tender, delicious salad loaded with cranberries, Mandarin oranges, red onion, feta cheese, and toasted almonds.

You'll learn why massaging kale makes such a dramatic difference in its flavour and texture, how to macerate cranberries to balance their natural tartness, how to properly toast almonds, and how to create a homemade sweet and tangy dressing from scratch.

We'll also explore how contrasting flavours and textures work together to create a memorable salad: sweet fruit, tangy feta, crunchy almonds, savoury kale, and a vibrant dressing that ties everything together.
