Get ready for a tropical explosion of sweet, spicy, savoury, and tangy flavours in this live interactive Spicy Coconut Mango Prawns cooking class!

Cook right alongside Chef Dez as we create succulent prawns in a vibrant sauce featuring fresh ripe mango, sweet bell pepper, garlic, sambal oelek, white wine, soy sauce, and a touch of rice vinegar. Served over fluffy basmati rice and finished with sweet coconut and fresh green onions, this colourful dish delivers some serious WOW factor!

But we're doing more than simply following a recipe.

Chef Dez will show you how to build layers of flavour from the very beginning, including an ingenious technique using the reserved prawn shells and tails to infuse dry white wine before adding it to our sauce. You'll learn how to properly sauté aromatics, work with sambal oelek to control the heat, use cornstarch to achieve the perfect sauce consistency, prepare fresh mango, and most importantly, how to cook prawns until they're beautifully tender without overcooking them.

We'll also prepare basmati rice together so the entire meal comes together from start to finish.

This isn't just a cooking demonstration. You're cooking the entire meal right alongside Chef Dez! Ask questions as we go, learn practical chef techniques, and discover how everyday ingredients can be transformed into a restaurant-worthy meal in your own kitchen.
